How to save an email to Notion or ClickUp
- Install MailBridge from Google Workspace Marketplace™ and open it in the Gmail™ sidebar.
- Open a message and choose Load this email.
- Sign into the capture desk with the same Google account and connect Notion or ClickUp.
- Choose a destination, review the title and properties, then create your page or task.

Repeating the same saved capture does not use another capture.

Can I save Gmail™ messages to Notion and ClickUp?
Yes. MailBridge creates Notion pages in a connected data source and ClickUp tasks in a connected list. The original email link stays with the captured content. Pro also lets you append to an existing Notion page or add a comment to a ClickUp task.
Is MailBridge free?
The Free plan includes 25 captures per UTC calendar month to one destination. Pro is US$6/month or US$48/year. Team is US$5/user/month for 3–100 users and adds shared linked-item history.
Does MailBridge send email or read my whole mailbox?
No. MailBridge reads the selected message only when you explicitly load it. It does not send email or request mailbox-wide access.
Can I include attachments?
Pro and Team support up to 20 selected attachments, up to 4 MB per uploaded file and 20 MB combined. Larger files use the original email link. Provider restrictions and original access permissions still apply.
Before you start
You need an account with Notion or ClickUp and permission to use the selected destination. Connect the provider once and sign into MailBridge with the same account you use in Gmail™. Provider plan and attachment limits apply.
MailBridge uses the message you explicitly load; it does not send email or request access to your whole mailbox. Selected content is stored encrypted in the EU and transferred to your chosen destination. Source content becomes eligible for deletion after 30 days; hourly cleanup runs while the service is available, with active operations protected. Encrypted backups expire within 7 days. Minimal capture records and remote links remain until account deletion. See the product-specific privacy policy for retention and deletion.
