MailBridge terms of use

The service

MailBridge by Innova Apps helps you transfer a selected email into Notion or ClickUp. You must have permission to read the message and to create or update content in the destination. Review titles, properties, files and recipients of shared history before capture.

Plans

Free includes one destination and 25 captures per calendar month. Pro costs US$6 per month or US$48 per year and includes unlimited captures, attachments, append, and linked items. Team costs US$5 per user per month for 3–100 users and shared linked-item history. Prices are in USD. Applicable tax, if any, is handled by Innova Apps through its existing process outside Stripe. Stripe Checkout does not automatically calculate tax. Contact support for tax or invoice questions before purchasing. Free usage is counted when a capture is accepted for processing, including a capture that later fails. Retrying the same saved capture does not use another allowance. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over, and Free is limited to the first destination used during that UTC calendar month.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Choose Manage or cancel subscription under Plan and account to open the Stripe billing portal. Team seat changes are prorated and charged immediately. Contact support for billing or refund questions.

When Innova Apps offers MailBridge for Outlook, you can link it to the same Pro or Team subscription. A subscription does not make an edition or email client available before Innova Apps releases it.

Third-party services

A Notion or ClickUp account with appropriate permissions is required. Those providers' terms, plan restrictions, file limits and availability apply. The Gmail™ host, browser and organization policies can also limit access. MailBridge is independent of Google, Notion and ClickUp.

Capture and recovery

Some limits are intentional: 20 selected attachments, 4 MB per uploaded file, 20 MB combined and 24,000 body characters. Oversize files are represented by source links. Unconfirmed writes require review before recovery because an item or attachment may already exist. The capture ledger is not a full backup. Maintain your own records where necessary.

Privacy and removal

The MailBridge privacy policy describes source access, retention and local deletion. Disconnecting or deleting MailBridge data does not delete the original message or remote Notion/ClickUp content. Manage those records with the destination provider.
